Welllllp The trailer was finished in the middle of August. We had a family get together in the third week of august and I prioritized completion way over this journal so i apologize to the readers. It is amazing how much you can get done when you have a deadline.
The first trip was a quick overnight shakedown before the family trip and we instantly realized that having the cooler in the trailer on slides was not going to work for us so out they went. Here is a pic of the reconfigured galley

It is much more practical for our purposes.
We did get a bit of an extravagance and got the REI Kingdom 4 tent for our side tent That is a serious luxury for when we have the space to set it up. we just leave the door that faces the trailer open and open.

I have since upgraded to larger wheels but I don't have pics yet. I will need to get new fenders to fit the new wheels. so I suppose that done is a relative thing isn't it. I will be showing it off at the treasure island meet n greet this weekend. I am super excited to meet some fellow teardroppers.
for now, here is another pic, please imagine it with black wheels with baby moons and thin white walls.
