Between holidays and other things I'm only getting back to the teardrop build I always knew it was a long term project so I'm hoping to have it finished to use next summer or spring. I've painted and chassis and had a battle re drilling for the trailer hitch in its new location but have that done now. I started cutting out timber today for my subframe which will be made of 3x1.5" as that's what the builders providers had but I'm a bit lost as how to attach it as I realised I don't have long enough screws and now I'm wondering is screws the right way to go? Here's a pic

Great Donal94

You look like you got the same problem I have. The narrow driveway go back to the back yard. I have only 80 Inches (203.2 cm) of clearance to get to me workshop.

It is not a race. Some build slower the others. I myself knew I' would never finish one in time to go camping last year so I bought my used woody teardrop and now slowly collecting parts for my new TD. So just keep plugging at it.

P.S. are you in to asstrology? cause there is a FULL MOON on that first picture you posted on your shed last May. ha hahah

Yeah my driveway is quite narrow but the shed isn't big enough to build the tearðrop indoors so not to worry.
