Come on guys.....I already have my cheap $14.00 RV jacks installed and the nose access made.
I took some pictures of the hole this morning and hope to build the boxes (enclosed bays) this afternoon. :NC
Got distracted this morning while taking pictures........brought the trunk skin and inner down from the barn to shorten and repair.
One can't jump around enough?????

Well, the nose and stabilizer bays were getting me down a little. :NC
I have them figured out, but they were moving along so slowly
So today, I decided to have a "Fun Day" and do a couple of small things that could be finished and look like I made some progress.
Mounted the Fire Extinguisher, AC Breaker box, and finish the heater mount. 138033138027138025
I think it worked to re inspire me.

Hey, progress is progress. Those mounts and locations look good. It all has to get done in the end, so it makes sense to have fun along the way. So long as you work in a somewhat logical order, and are not proverbially "painting yourself into a corner", it's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.

Build on.

Well Kermit is starting to have enough pieces on it that my friends are able to see what I have been seeing in my head for 2 years?
Makes it much easier to explain where I am going next.

I don't post pictures very often because I find it hard to download them. :?
But the are all in my Album to the left.
Here are a couple of the stabilizer bay area....hope to get back to building the enclosure boxes today after a day of "Fun Stuff" Yesterday. 138024138023
Then, the two large pieces 38 Dodge rear c/w windows and the 49 International KB1 (bottom front) will be un tacked and removed so I can paint their insides and the insides that they will land lock before welding them back on.
There is also some propane fitting plumbing and wiring to be done before they go back on (makes it so much easier)
So this seep really makes it look like a serious step backwards to anyone seeing it.
Time to get out there!

Pictures open fine. He is really starting to shape up now! The lower front reminds me of a COE nose, but then the windows are split rears so it has me coming and going!

Once again, I got distracted today!
Worked on repairing the 1938 Dodge the inner trunk skin.
The trunk had been tweaked, kinked and broken, while being closed without releasing the support mechanism.
Trunk will be shortened, so both thinner and our skins needed to be repaired and modified.
 Hopefully I can shorten the pieces and trial fit them for the first time.
Last night I sat down for a cold one after mounting the heater  staring at Kermit I got some more ideas??

Kermit kind of reminds me of the joke that people make about babies.
The first one can come any time. The second one takes 9 months.
