Not the best answer, better answer (with the exception of the ones for Auntie M) is the body is on its side so I can work on the roadside of the floor. Mouse eyed view of the body.
Progress; Bought some new glue tietybond III (sp?) and finished skinning the bottom.

Next fiberglass the corners and goo.

  Del, I may have found a near perfect tow vehicle, the draw back is the range and seating also don't know the towing capacity. Okay, it just would look neat.

That would be neat. Do not know how that would do in sn*w though. 13 batteries, now that is a lot of weight. I drove an electric van in high school, and half its weight was batteries. I do like the shape (and color), maybe if I win the lottery? I think I have bought one ticket in my life.

In skinning the bottom some of the front pieces left holes to be filled. To fill these I need to get access to the top. To gain access I need to open the door, yea the one I have not cut out yet. Call me chicken but I am so afraid of cutting out the door and it springing back to flat, I will put two layers of fiberglass on the door area.

First coat on, the next one will cover the entire side.

With 17,500+ views (still waiting for my t shirt) somebody is looking. It amazes me the attention it gets. When it goes on the road, I do not know what will happen.

So what you are saying is if you have a shy friend, trick them into building a tear and using it. Kinda like therapy only much cheaper.  Do not tell the administration they will try to market it.

Today I fiberglassed the door side.
Image
Two problem areas, the seam, and inside the window. The window is where I pushed many little air bubbles and I made one big one, not worried about this one. The seam air bubbles will not go away though.

Del,

Have you tried a small brush and just 'stimple' the bubbles. Or in other words, use the brush to stab at them repeadedly and may add just a bit more resin while doing so. When I lay up fenders, that is the method that I use. The air should come though the matting for you this way and not have to push them to an edge.

Hope it works for you.

You are really doing a fantastic job on your build!!!
