made second door





last time made galley hatch is now removed because aluminium composite panel was too stiff and spring back



testing bumper (VW T2, LateBay, BayWindow) idea and fender



made new attachments for hatch ribs to hinge

skimming aluminium partly off one side to make panel more flexible

next step is to find some porthole windows around 12" or 30cm
fasten door handle and hatch handle(s)
make some brackets for fenders and cut fenders to shape
make rear bumper fasteners (modify original brackets to fit trailer)
and then it goes to painter and will be suitable to tow with bus you saw little few pic earlier in garage.

bumper will be similar like in pic before but chrome one with black stripe

very bad and rotten frame and all other places, floor, fenders, doors, and ...



after cutting, sandblasting, welding, glass blasting, filler, sanding and painting
the right one is the right one

there is now 6 times 2 layers clear its total 12 layers clear





and now there is lot of work but it back together
some details are back in place and some new found their place
