You've been busy! Lookin' sweet, real sweet! That's the frame of my dreams if I were to downsize. Aspiring builders would be wise to watch this build closely. Congrats on the progress my humble friend.

^^^^^ Totally agree!

You're at a milestone! Once the walls & roof spars are up, it gets much more exciting because it's really looking like a camper now instead of a frame and some wooden parts sitting in the workshop. :D

What kind of insulation are you planning on using? I went with 3/4 thick styrofoam, doubled to 1.5 inches on the ceiling.

I'm a little confused, is that a door in the front?

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Today I got the roof on and the rear wall ready for insulation. It's really starting to take shape. On my 5th bottle of glue.

Looking good. Nice crisp lines.

When I saw the pic of the glue bottles I thought, "dead soldiers". One more for a six pack.

TITEBOND II & TITEBOND III are also having some favorable results in some woodenboat circles

in addition to sticking wooden parts together, some folks are doing old fashioned canvas/cloth coverings, like older decks & roof tops were done on boats

they are painting/spreading a layer of glue then laying the canvas/cloth on it and painting glue over it to seal the surface

to finish it they use a good quality gloss or semi-gloss latex house paint

the claims are that the process is just POOR MAN'S FIBERGLASS

does a real well job of holding stuff together & keeping the water out...

i realize this process wouldn't be anywhere near maintaining the quality of build, here, but it may give some folks, following this thread, some ideas

sure am enjoying riding my armchair along with this amazing build
