Got a little further. Paying work keeps getting in the way.
I installed the floor to the frame. Put up both walls and installed the back wall with a new skin.

Put the back section ceiling up. I struggled with that since I work alone. When I went to do the front section I tried a different method. I assembled the skin and the spars on the bench. Then the side trim. With a few removable cleats I could put the whole 4X5' piece up with ease. Screw in the spars and side cleats and remove the tabs. Could not have been easier.

I then installed the spars and support framing in the nose of the trailer.

I did manage to get the skin on the inside in the tight front corner. The radius is only 9" so it took some effort to get it up tight. The blocks were screwed in to pull the ceiling tight to the framing. They get removed and the ceiling will get a thin accent piece to cover all the seams and screw holes.

Tomorrow I will install the last piece of skin on the inside. Then some work in the galley area. Right now a blank canvass.

Here is where I am now. The little plywood discs are necessary to fit out the shop door. I will have a hole inch to squeeze it out.
