It got heavy quick, should have used cedar, and 1/4' ply at bottom

0.40 alum intended for the top of dry vans.

Floated on except, I did use contact cement along the edges , to keep it on.

Along the bottoms, the alum. is broke 3" under the floor, a small amount of
NP-1 SEALANT , to keep water out.
No trim at bottom.
Frame is 1/2" narrower than box.
