Tom, it is hard to imagine the Beatle looking any better. That is one fine looking teardrop. I'll really be looking forward to the BB photo's.

2 weeks 'til Beavers Bend!

Where is Beavers Bend? I've heard of it alot but I'm clueless to where it's at.

It's a beautiful state park in southeastern Oklahoma and is one of the larger of the South Central section's annual gatherings:

Beautiful job! You should be very proud. There are few things more fun then making something come to life with your own hands. Enjoy, you deserve it!

Tom! You got me grinning ear to ear! That is soo impressive! That is great you brought Linda out to share in the unwrapping of your present to each other!

I am going to miss you at Beaver's Bend because you are going to get mobbed where ever you go and you might not make it! You might get gas before hooking up the trailer hahaha

The wheels look great and the subtle detail in the door latches and tail lights... superb! That is my desktop pic on my computer now!!

Great job Tom! :applause: :applause:

The profile is great. The tail lights, the fenders, the red wheels, all fit together perfectly! Very very nice.

What is the circular item the tape is protecting on the front?

Earl,

Thank you and everyone else for the nice comments. Your ideas and builds were inspiration to me.

Among many other things, I still don't have my tongue box finished. It will house my Petcool HVAC unit. The circular item is a flange where I'll run the supply air. Below it is the return air that wiil feed up through bottom of the tongue box.

Take care,
Tom

Beautiful job, Tom.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.
