Looking forward to seeing what you bring Cliff! It's people like you with your "tasty" canned ham that got me going on this in the first place....IE...after Los Osos. I may need to borrow a pick up for the IRG if I'm to bring this one. I have an engine concern with the Ranger. Now you have my curiosity piqued....whatcha' got going, or is it a secret? Doug

Remember Ageless's blue Compact. I have one just like it. If I can get past fixing it up, it will be one to check off my project list. Plus it will be a lighter tow to IRG.

It will be interesting how many people will be inspired to build a standy following your new build. It is kinda nice to sit inside on those cold chilly mornings/evenings to eat a meal.

I striped off the paint and added the vinyl copy, I think the black helps make it pop a bit. I need to make up the aluminum strip that lays down on the row of staples full length. It gets painted to match the paint scheme. One of the drawbacks to not getting the material hemmed, but then they couldn't do that on their equipment. What I should have done is full sheet on the bottom, then the seam would have been up higher. One of those things I learned. Doug

I forgot you had one of those Cliff....it would be an easier tow, does it need much work?

It was too cold to do any painting outdoors today, so I finished up on the drip caps, cleaned the butyl tape on the windows, did the final install on the exterior electrical, water tank filler and hose connections along with the porch light and the awning channel. Did a trial fit up on the awning, Marti made it and it's just fantastic! I'd highly recommend her. I still need to make up the cross supports for the awning. Doug

The Black striping really sets off the graphics - and the addition of the Name (white on blue) is just another attention to detail

Lookin good Doug,

I like the low rider stance. If I get up the energy to do another it will have the dropped frame. I am limited to about 6'9" height from the lowest point on the frame to the top if I want to slide it out of the garage. A standy for me is a minimum of 6'3" interior height. That leaves me 6" for frame, flooring and roof structure. Do-able and more do-able with a dropped frame. Besides you get the cool squat look you have achived. I have most of one in the tube, You are inspiring me.

I need a new Avatar. I'd put my dog up there but she doesn't look much like me. She's the skinny one.
