That looks great! I especially like the trim on the columns to either side of the TV. Very Art Deco-ish.

That's an impressive pic! Your interior setup almost looks like a luxury boat cabin.

What kind of camera did you decide on?

Thomas, the trailer is great, inside and out. You ought to be proud, you did a very nice job on it. I love it.

If weather permits, we will see you in January.

Thank you all for the kind words, I was just playing and saw that the pics came out nice. I think a boat cabin is a very nice compliment! I got a 3 year old top of the line model Canon Digital SLR. It is three years old but still a great camera!

Thomas, as mentioned before, I love your trailer.

The interior is awesome, looks like a perfect place to end the day.

I can only hope mine comes close to that when finished.

Also as an aside, I have promised myself an American truck at some time, like yours or even older.

I will try import it myself, and will look at the USA for one, but also South Africa, as they are Right hand drive there, and England is RHD too.

Should compliment my Ford Transit in my Avatar just right.
Greetings from England.

Rian.

Hoping to get it all done in time.

Well, Ironic and sad you should say but if someday is coming soon, I will be putting my truck up on eBay in just a couple of days. I just painted it (with Caseydogs help!) and I am finishing the interior work tomorrow. So let me know if you are interested.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the offer, however, we have 2 old cars, a 1200GS motorbike, a utility trailer, bike trailer and the teardrop I am building, as well as 2 moderns, and Nicola daughters car and will be selling both our houses in the new year, buying one larger home together and getting married.... so I guess the dream will continue to grow and mature over the next few years, but I will have one at some time.

What colour and finish did you go for ?

Black ?
Greetings from England.

I think once I get the Palace complete; I'll finish off what's sitting in the garage; 1964 Econoline Pickup. Want to do a mild custom with newer powertrain.

I love Econoline and the Dodge flatface vans! My truck has an inline 6 in it :) I am looking forward to my next old car or truck to pull the teardrop with~

Wish I had the dough, nothing sounds as sweet as a straight six with split manifold or fenton headers. My little brother used to have a friend with a 60's Ford pickup, six cylinder and split manifold and straight pipes, could hear it coming for blocks, although it wasn't actually really loud.
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.
