Worked on the interior today. I cheated and used rattle can on the interior walls and shelf. I then mixed rattle can paint with the resin for a topcoat. I hope the topcoat works out. Kind of an teardrop era shade of green . It darkened some when the top coat applied so hopefully it will lighten some when dried.

I hope to see all of these cool tears in the wild also. I missed the March get together, good excuse though, I was working on the tear.

The mixing of the spray paint into the epoxy didn't go as well as I had hoped. While curing it alot of bubbles formed at about 1/8 inch diameter. I sanded it down and topcoated with the rattle can. I may just end up covering the walls with hull liner. I have some ivory hull liner planned for the ceiling, so a complete fuzzy interior may not be to bad.

Well, it made it out into the sun today. We pulled it out, tilted it up and slide the full mattress in today.

It is looking great.

My interior is dark green. Looks good with the pine finished wood. But... . . when I get a mosquito in the
camper they tend to blend in to the wall to easily. My next one will white or some other lighter color.

Your build looks awesome!

If you are ever down on the Easternshore, let me know. I live in Salisbury and would love to take a look at your Tear. I am hoping to build one this winter and have lots of questions.

I got the utility trailer inspected and registered today. I then pulled the deck off of the trailer. I think I'll frame the perimeter with pressure treated 2x4s and bolt through trailer and 2x4.
