Would it be good to cover side walls with?

I am not sure exactly what you are planning to use it for, but I can't see a use for it on a camper build

I'm thinking your using it for low profile insulation. Tyvek style insulation might be better?

Today I applied insulation and internal sheets of plywood into a 'living room' part of my caravan. Took me surprisingly long to complete the job. Next part is to make the main part of the roof and to connect everything into one structure. Hopefully I am able to do this next week.

About the external shell: I am not sure if I should try and experiment with vinyl wraps or quasi- aluminium foil. Do not want to make another changes in case something goes wrong again. So maybe just apply several layers of white acrylic paint?

I made a main part of the roof today. Bought an acrylic paint in order to try how will it look like...

Looking good mate.
Why don't you look at using pva glue and canvas then paint it.
It's what I plan on using on mine because it's a proven method that works well
Just so you don't have any issues after redoing it once maybe try something tried and true...

I wonder how it looks like- canvas on a plywood. Is it smooth or can I see canvas structure? Does it catch dirt easily?

You can fill the canvas weave with block fill primer (used for sealing concrete walls) before painting and the canvas texture will pretty much go away; or you can leave the texture to help hide minor imperfections; or anywhere in between.

Desert Moose's Desert Moose build is a great example of canvas over plywood.

I will decide what to do with an extarnal side od my caravan box when it is sanded after filling screw holes. I think that if it looks smooth, I will simply paint it or apply a PVC foil on a coat of paint.

Today I insulated roof and installed pieces of wood to support child bedroom floor and kitchen unit sides and a small storage area opposite to the kitchen unit.

Wonder if it would be smarter to finish and varnish internal walls first and then connect walls with the roof or to connect everything first.

I like to apply finish first because it is easier to do on the bench working flat.

Last days I spent filling and sanding both sides of walls. Today also I applied a first coat of an acrylic paint on external sides of walls.

I think I will apply a second layer of a white paint and then something like gray/ silver. Need to design painting schemes for walls.

Looking good Tom  but did you manage to keep the cat out of the paint. Speaking of which, what is the cats name :QM

Cat`s name is Calineczka, which is Polish version of Thumbelina, a tiny girl from a tale.

I simply leave her up the stairs with my daughter when I paint. But Calineczka likes working with me as she can explore basement of our house, which can be accessed from garage.

I designed shapes to be painted on walls. Let me know what do you think about them.

I like the first one better. To me, the second one looks like the "action" of the swoop is going in the opposite direction to the trailer.

Looks good, either way, really.

I have vague recollections of the story of Thumbelina from when I was a child, but that was over 50 years ago.
I would probably agree with KC on the design scheme on the sides

I like the one on the left better also. One thing I think might look better, the bottom edge of the color could be parallel to the side of the trailer, not angled up. I just think it might have a better look and bee smoother that way. Great progress on the build!
