Major Progress this weekend !!!
Took an extra day off to view the eclipse ... which was FREAKING AWESOME !!! and got a lot done on the XBOW.
Skinned the roof !

I couldn't find .040 in a 5X10 so I had to use .050 aluminum. It was a bit stiffer to work with than the 040 side pieces. To get it to lay down long enough to get the trim on we had to hit it with 5/8 narrow crown staples. I made sure to keep them close to the edge so that the trim would hid any dimples.
Added the red 040 to the sidewalls.

I actually ordered black trim from Vintage Technologies for the roof. I painted the hinge and other trim with etching primer then black enamel. Still seems to scratch if you really try but touch ups should be pretty easy, then started cutting and dry fitting the trim

Cutting and fitting the aluminum trim takes time to get it right. Once I get it all trimmed out will pull all the temporary screws, add Butyl, some 4200 in places and put the trim on for good.
