Looks great! Be sure to leave minimum three inches of space between the tire and the fender. More (up to six inches) is better.

I should have around 5in of clearance. I staged everything Sunday and realized I'd have to go larger than expected for the fenders.

I'm stuck till Jan 14th for the metal stuff so I'll try to progress on everything else I can. I do have a challenge with doors actually. I can't seem to source hinges here in Canada

I was just suggesting for the doors (without any experience). Take a peek at Kayakdlk's build:

I'll look at that. Side doors should be easier than the galley Hatch. I first thought on recessing it by lengthening the roof 1.5" (one 2x2 stud) so the hinge is not directly exposed to the elements.

Added some yesterday !



Might add some on the angled nose. Rear is stiff but front still wobble and the angled ply might lack support as well.
What you guys think ?

Here's what I finally did

I think when you put your foam board in the front and 4 screws in the sheeting you will keep on going and not look back

I reinnforced a bit since theres not much structure up front but should be good to go now. Im reading stuff about building cabinet the TD way ! I still wonder about the d**n doors as well !

I am cutting one piece at a time for the doors Yesterday it was for the rear door and today I wondered if the roof would fit in!
For now Im going to forget I read cabnet above.
