Axle , Dexter #10 Derated to 2300# with breaks.

Outside frame, and the front two cross members, 1.5 X 2.5" X .120 wall rect.
O
Back cross member is 2X2 X .120 .

Two others are 2X2 1/8" angle.

Tongue 2.5 square .120 wall

Two 2x2 14 ga. braces,( I cant think of the word)

Here's how I do any box corners, the "flap" in this case is 1.375".
Less welding and certainly less grinding.
