Doug, I like the trim pieces you did around where the frame enters the body, nice touch.

The trailer is looking great Doug, good to hear that the propane tank is going to work for you.

Haven't put much up on it lately, as it never seemed to look any different. Yesterday I finally got all the body work wrapped up and it's in paint. The colors are really close to some '47 Chrysler colors. It's now got a new axle, frame, deck, painted, door assembly, and windows restored. Next up, get the exterior lights on and begin wiring it all. The propane tank I got from Kevin really came out nice, thanks Kev! It has it's paint issues as it's a garage paint job (some orange peel) but at least there's no dust or bugs in it. With all those rivets, I'm not going to try to wet sand and polish it though. Doug

It's odd that I was going to ask tonight, Doug, if anything new had been happening on your newest trailer; and, up it pops!
Nice paint job! It'll be fun to see how you coordinate the inside design to the outside paint, as you always do. It's fun just guessing!

I spent a number of hours sitting in the driveway with a pencil trying to sketch what was left on the front logo from the ghosting left on the aluminum. Once I got it sketched, sent it off to Jeremy and he did the final art work on it and got it digitized. Thanks Jeremy! A quick trip and $$$ to Fast Signs and I had a couple of logos for it. I also put in a black stripe between the cream and the green. Got all the running lights installed, still working on the license plate attachment. The original trailer only had a single exterior mounted light on the left side. I opted to cut in a couple of new lights so that I had turn signals in a more suitable 2015 road worthy lighting situation. Too much work to have it get hit because I wanted to be original. Thanks for watching. Doug
