Thanks, I am assuming this will be good glue to use on Wood to Wood? like when jointing the walls?

The 3M 4200 and 5200 is pricey; plus, for bare wood it's really, really hard to go wrong with Titebond III. For epoxied or varnished wood, PL2000 construction glue works fine. Neither Titebond nor PL2000 work well with aluminum. I used PL2000 when joining my walls to the floor and to each other, along with a few well placed bolts(floor) and screws(walls).
For bare wood, it's hard to beat Titebond III (provided you follow instructions); plus, once dry, it is a waterproof glue. Yet, while it is still wet, you can wash it off with water or wipe it off with a damp cloth. How strong is it? Here is a picture of some pieces that I tried to carefully pry apart:

Slowly making some progress. Only made it out to the garage for a few hours on Saturday, was able to use biscuit jointer to joint together the 4 pieces of plywood, Glue them, then added some wall studs.

Last night I added a 2nd layer of plywood underneath the first, this will be for the other wall. Tonite I hope to finish routing the first wall, and by routing just a little deeper it will also rout out the design on the 2nd layer for the 2nd wall. Then should finally be able to stand the wall up and get a profile photo......That will feel like a mile stone for me. :)

Also I changed the front lower profile a little bit to make it not quite so rounded at the bottom.

Heres a few photos of Saturdays work

Yes! Also taken note of the Viper. Just keep putting those sneaky car photos in the background.

So, Last night I feel like I made it to my first milestone. I mocked up one wall for a profile photo...... :) :) :) I was so please that I didnt want to take it back down. I am very pleased with the overall shape, Just need to make one last minor change. The other thing I decided was to switch from a straight axle ( which is what we keep in stock), to a drop axle ( which will be a special order). I will make this change later. The bottom of the frame is about 17 to 18 inches off the ground right now, with a drop axle I hope to lower it to about 10 to 12 inches.

I took quite a few photos of the wall stood up (just really excited) PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK. Thanks.

Wow! That's a monster! Very nice shape. Teardrop that is. :beautiful: I hope the wife was out, she would have been hard pressed not to see it parked in the drive.
:snappy: Keeping a note on driveway occupants. Nova, Cobra, Corvette. They would all look good in my shed.

Regardless of whether the wife saw it or not, I think she is going to be amazed!

Way to make me feel terrible about its size  .....lol jkn. I guess I should update a few things.....since I started the build, a few things have changed.....I have acquired a dodge 3500, so weight and size will no longer be an issue. And I decided that, (While the smaller they are, the cuter they are. I would rather go for a lil bigger with more room.) Hopefully the profile will keep it looking cute.
And I had her draw the curtains tight.....so she would not see anything.

No criticism intended. You are making a fab job. Just think, if they were all the same size and shape, most of the discussion on this site wouldn't happen.
I can not imagine my wife not taking a sneaky look through the curtains!
