YAY! I have a VIN after vistiing various government agencies yesterday. I will stamp the frame this weekend and finish up the registration on Monday.

Then it will be legal.

John,

Your teardrop is awesome! You ought to be very proud of your work.

Congrats also on getting it legal. I may PM you for details as I still have to register mine.

Take care,
Tom

Thanks everyone for the compliments. They have helped me keep going even when I felt like dragging it out into the driveway and having a bonfire.

It's great to get to this point.

Took a picture of the trailer behind my tow vehicle. It should go anywhere the Jeep will.

Hi jss06/John,

Great Job! That's a sharp looking rig you built there! Your efforts
have been rewarded - the evidence is in the results!

Title and registration are complete. Way too much paperwork for such a small trailer.

After taking a break and actually using it a couple of times. I started building out the galley today.

I roughed in the lower shelves. There will be divides between the items to keep them from moving around and hitting each other.

Image

This is the first time I have tried this type of joint. It works well and I could almost not use screws or nails to hold it together. Right now it is all dry fit. I will glue it all up when I get the dividers made.

This is the self over the Air Conditioner. I had to put the braces in to support the shelf.

Image

It's a tight fit but everything is where it belongs.
