As you can see its not a finished product but thought I would post some pics. I've been reading on the board and think I have a good idea on how to do my ac ill post some pics when I get to that point but there calling for some overtime at work and I'm all in for some extra cash! And I think I'm going to cover in filon but haven't been a good start on finding the color I was wanting. So ill be contacting the manufacturer and see where I can purchase it from. Well that's all for tonight.

Might want to sweep up some of that sawdust before doing too much more welding. There's already been one garage burn down here on the forum and that was more than enough.

Just saying.

Ok so a little update I did get my axle ordered and should be here next tues the 7th. As in springs I haven't got a clue of what to go with. Kc you should be proud I did sweep most of the shop.
Image

And I've started laying out for axle placement and I also picked up my other tire and got it mounted. And as I'm waiting for parts I took some time to go hunting for some morel mushrooms. And if this project was done I'd be Michigan bound for a big harvest. But this is what I found here
Image

And I tried a sample paint and wasn't to crazy with the outcome. It shows and scratches way to easy in my opinion
Image
So now I'm kinda leaning back to power coat or imron paint. And I also started cutting in some of my tail lights but I don't have any pics of that I must have forgotten to take some pics. But there nothing special. The good thing is work has been crazy so I've been working a lot of over time so mo money for parts  so let's see what comes in the mail??... Ill post more when things start to show up. Well that's all for tonight have a good week all!

Keep at it. The mushrooms look awesome!

I can sleep at night now, knowing that the risk of fire is much lower there. :phew:  :D

LOL, small world. I did fire watch for some overhead welding in one of our warehouses at work today. Our rule is only 15 minutes. Either way, it is a good habit to be in.

Well I left work at 3:30 today so I could pick up my axle. I also picked a few other parts. And I can officially say that's its a roller now

For now I just went with trailer springs and ill see how it goes if I don't like them ill change them out. And since I had the welder out I also tacked some tabs on for the front tool box
Image
So now I have some more planning to do. Well that's all I have gotten done in the last week or so. As always more to come later.
