Built the trailer on 5/30/10 then it sat and turned from red to pink. (glad it did it before the build) I would hate to have an pink and aluminum teardrop.
I officially started my build on 3/19/11 by painting the trailer black.
The saw dust finally started flying on 4/8/11.
on this day I also drew the profile
4/15/11 cut out the sides, port holes, and mocked up the walls
4/22/11 insulated walls and installed boards on inner walls
4/30/11 trimmed inner wall to outside wall, cut out door, out up walls and installed spars
5/7/11 framed the partition, mocked up the A/C and cut out vent for A/C
5/21/11 installed inner stained skin, insulated around the A/C, and wired for 120v ac and 12v dc.
5/28/11 installed floorboards, cut out inside shelf, some galley work
5/30/11 framed hatch
6/10/11 installed interior lights, finished wiring converter
6/18/11 insulated roof, installed outer and hatch skin
Vacation Break
7/16/11 fit and cut aluminum skin
7/23/11 installed butyl tape along the roof edge, permanently installed the aluminum skin and trim, clearance lights, porch lights, power cable hatch and tongue jack.
Well there you have it, you are all caught up.
