Put some utility sides on it from scrap lumber.
Ready to go to the junkyard as soon as I license it.
The workspace/patio ready - mostly - to move the trailer for clean out.
This will start as a cleanout, remodel. Once I get into it, I'll decide if I have to tear down the whole thing and start over or not. The plan it to convert the back end into a tear inspired galley. The inside will have a queen bed, a couple bunks for little kids (my big kids - scouts all - get the tent), and a fold out table for rainy days (what her majesty wants, she gets)
Spring Hoosier Gathering is the hopeful time frame.
