Teardrop Build 2013

Postby geocachenut » Sun Jun 02, 2013 9:11 am

My buddy and I began the treardrop build in January. It all started when I was driving my full size extended cab Chevy back and forth to work only because I had a 27' camper to pull. Other than that, I no longer had a reason to own a full size pickup. We had decided to make a tent camping trip with our kayaks to one of our favorite spots that was not reachable with the full size camper...to make a long story short, we decided to sell the camper and the truck and purchase something used for me to drive that would get better mpg and build a teardrop. Below is the link on our build. I will post the final pics on this page instead of the link. Let me know what you think!!!

Love the angled cabinets inside. Not so claustrophobic. Nice and crisp looking. Cool job:!:

Yeah, I agree the angled cabinets look great and will surly find their way into my build. I "followed" you on Facebook but the build pics don't show up your pictures page. :NC
Great job. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks! Bummer, pics aren't showing up? That stinks. There will be a 12 volt flat screen tv mounted between the two interior cabinets. Paint went on the exterior over the weekend...so should begin putting it all together this week!!
