Sealing home made door.

I just finished cutting out the door from the plywood sides,How did you guys managed to seal your home made doors on the out side, on the hinge side.

That depends on the hinge. I used a Fridge style hinge and attached the T molding to all sides of the door. the seal was attached to the T molding. For a piano hinge you would need to either have some sort of offset so that a seal could fit inside of the hinge or you would have to wrap the outside of the hinge with rubber.

I put a frame ring on the inside for the door to seal against, I believe the link is in my signature
