Cutting Sidewall for hatch seal.

I know I probably should have built the hatch before the galley, but I didn't. Question is there a tutorial or detailed sketch on how to cut sidewalls for galley and keep them the same side to side. I don't know how much to allow for gaskets,hinge and trim. 128481128211 :roll:
