Now what type of TD to do... I am leaning toward a weekender.

The trailer looks pretty darn good and that Rubbermaid box is what I ended up using on the front of mine, sitting on an aluminum deck, to hold the battery and the propane bottle for transport. I did not do a permanent mount for the propane as I figured why run gas lines that can screw up from the front to the back, when it is easy to just lift out the tank and put it at the rear of the trailer when I park. My deck under the box is about the same size as yours and gives me the ability to build a pirate chest facade, attached to the Rubbermaid box and deck.
I think you got a great deal on the trailer and you have a lot of possibilities. Probably far stronger than my HF frame.
