Basic of what I am working toward:
1. Harbor Freight 4x8 non-folding trailer
2. Benroy basic outline Teardrop
3. 5 foot by 9 foot footprint for the deck frame (extending the deck frame around the HB trailer and over the wheels)
4. Sandwich walls and deck to provide sound and weather insulation for at least 3 season camping
5. Landline plugs and an addon front deck/shelf to accommodate a small A/C to support Summer camping at hotspots throughout the west and Southwest at improved campsites.
6. Basic kitchen in the back w/o running water or gas (I already have a camping stove, and sink) (might tile the countertop to aid in cleanup)
7. Battery operated LED lights throughout the unit
8. Fantastic Fan Vent for roof
9. Pre-fab doors (Right and Left)
10. Front window and Possibly rear side windows behind/aft of the doors

Foundation of the trailer will be Jim's build from 2012/2013
I purchase the HB frame over Thanksgiving break 2015, and now used Christmas 2015 break to assemble the frame.
Going to DMV on Thursday to register the trailer.
After registering the trailer I will be able to remove the HB freight lights and electric. Given the new frame I shall be able to drill holes through the deck frame to run new wires.
So it begins.
