My own design

Postby criznach » Wed Nov 02, 2016 11:57 pm

I started building my first teardrop 3 months ago and have been taking photos. It's my own design except for the trailer, which I bought used and cut off a bunch of "trailer stuff" to make a nice foundation. I'm too lazy to resize the photos and upload them here one at a time, so here's a link to a public Facebook gallery. If you do Facebook you should be able to see it...

Looks good.

Several have CNC'd solid plywood walls, and Dave (Atma Travelear) CNC'd the ribs for his hatch as well, but I don't know that I've seen anyone else on here CNC a stick built frame. I may have to go this route (no pun intended) when I get to my walls.

If you have the CAD files would you be willing to share them? I'm most interested in how you are building your custom doors.
