I have introduced myself in the newbie area. Started on our build journey this weekend. Kinda cheated by buying a partially done teardrop. See the pictures below. So this weekend is covering front and roof with plywood. So after reading a lot on this forum, decided to by 1/4" Wobble wood for front curve. Going with long bend, with 1 seam down the front as teardrop is 60" wide. Going with Titebond 3 for the wood & Elmer's Ultimate for wood to Styrofoam.
It was on kijiji, was looking for a utility trailer, and it popped up. The builder inherited a truck camper so decided not to finish it. It needs roof, front skinned (finished that this weekend). Was the walls, and almost all major construction done on a trailer already.
Need to build doors, everything is covered with 2 coats of Raptor BoxLiner White, Plum Crazy Purple will be added to strips. Interior work is next and to flesh out the Galley.
It is heading to British Columbia on June 3oth, so I need to get busy.
