No need to hide anything, but I am keeping the total weight under 750 kilo to keep things simple and avoid having to let the RDW check my build.
But your chassis looks very impressive, I wish I could build something like that but my welding skills are non-existent.

Did you find Dibond in the Netherlands in that size in a variety of colours? My searchresults were limited to white, off white and silver-grey in that size.
Also for the sides it is difficult to find other colours. My sidewalls are 380cm by 144cm and now I am considering to use caravan plating that I will paint.
Not only easy to apply since it is 0,7mm thick, also a savings in weight compared to Dibond.

I still have time to decide. No hurries.

Last weekend i finished the insulation of the floor. Covered it with 6mm (1/4inch) plywood.
Also placed the first side step.
Thursday i'm picking up 2 sheets of 3/4inch for the walls.

Finaly, some materials in house.
* Dibond composite plate in mat green.
* Aluminim square tubing for stiffness between the Dibond and the inside finishing.
* 2cm thick insulation
* the polymer bonding material
* and the (insane expensive) router bit

The final shape is ready, so tomorow is cutting day

Litle explaning,

The two pieces of plywood i purchased last week are not being used for the walls. To heavy.
Instead i will make my own sandwich creation.
Outer shell is going to be the Dibond panel, then the 2cm insulation and at the inside a thin layer of plywood. Saves me almost half the weight.

The Dibond comes two color schemes actually. One side is high gloss and the other is matt finish.
I am going to use the matt finish on the outside.
This is the gloss side

Next steps is to make the backbone (is that the right expression  ) between the outside and the inside.
Was convinced that i purchased the right glue, but dicided to switch to another brand. So have to wait till tomorrow to go on.

Last photo was taken in an strange angle, so it looks like a very tiny thing.
The actual hight indoors is (give or take) 48"

So ready for today.
Good evening, or for you all over there good afternoon

Close, I think you mean "skeleton", except that phrase is usually used when referring to a plywood core cut out with recesses to receive foam insulation. It looks like you are starting to build a "stick built" or "traditional construction" wall frame.

Litle update..............................uhh i fucked up the walls
How??
I'l try to explane. I hand drawed the outher lines of the walls. It seems to be perfect, but it didn't.
The rear end of the " drop" i made to steep. With the consequense that the countertop could not be close enough to my body, and so i had to reach to far.
I know myself and decided to buy new ones.

The design adjusted and the new ones are already cut. :applause:
Mistakes are made, but some costs more than others.

I have some trouble visualizing things and changes. I learned to always
draw full size sketches.
Doing my foamy I used a sharpie marker to sketch the curve and the
hoped for internal cabinets on it. I stepped back and set it up on the
trailer for a couple of days to study. Then I cut things...
I should have taken better pictures of that point.
I still changed the final result to something else....

Too bad, but you will no doubt find other good uses for the material from the old walls, so the monetary cost isn't quite as bad as the cost of material for the two new walls.

We've been there. Keep plugging!
