Foam 5' x 9' square drop trailer project

Hi there,
This post is to create a starting point for updating progress on my trailer build. This will be based on a 4 x 8 Harbor Freight 1750 lb capacity trailer that is over ten years old. The time has come to covert it from a generic utility trailer to a tiny foam trailer that can sleep one or two people. That's it for now. I hope to have some pictures to upload before long.
