This is my recipe for my semi world famous tuna casserole. Well maybe county famous…. Errmmm well my friends like it a lot.

Depending on the number of people your serving you just double or triple up on the ingredients, but what I'm giving you is the amounts necessary for 2-3 people and easily bake able in a toaster oven.

-1 drained can of tuna (I prefer in water)
-1 can whole kernnel corn
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-2 heaping table spoons of miracle whip
-1/3 loaf of mild cheddar cheese shredded
-1 small bag of large shell noodles

Mix the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, corn, miracle whip, and about 2/3rds of the cheese you’ve shredded in a large bowl. Boil the shell noodles and mix with the contents of the bowl and then spread out in a 8x8 pan and spread the rest of your cheese over the top. Bake at about 375 degrees for about 15-20 min or until it starts to bubble around the edges.

Thanks for posting this one. Makes me think we need a Recipe Database. Easy ones like this are hard to find.

help, not sure of the measures...
size of tuna can?
size of corn (14-16oz?)
soup (same as corn? condensed or ready like so many are now?)
1/3 loaf mild cheddar ? what weight "loaf"?
1 "small bag" of shells? weight?

too many choices! helps those outside the US, too, to have some sort of weight. gives them something to convert.

thanks.. i LOVE tuna casserole or wouldn't ask. i love gemelli pasta for tuna. i call them the "twisted pairs".

thanks! i always buy Barilla pasta from Italy (GOOD Buy at wal-mart and great stuff) but it comes in a box. for loaf i think of little cracker barrel cheddars.. or else the big velveeta american. i just don't get out much.
i've never had corn in and it sounds bettter to me than peas.
