1964 Fleetcraft Trailer with California permanent trailer tags for sale (no trades) "as is"- $4,500.00. Energy Star rated mini-fridge sold separately-$300. The buyer would be responsible for all aspects of trailer relocation.
This vintage trailer was purchased in "refurbished" status from a dealer in Portland, Oregon in September of 2014 for $6,500. It towed well from Portland to Tustin, CA and has been the owner's full-time home for 9 months with no known water leaks, gas leaks or other functional issues. This camper is loved but must be let go due to relocation.
Details:
-Sold "as is" but in basic user-ready condition as far as the owner knows. Could only benefit from loving upgrades or craftsmen level restoration.
-When empty, can be pulled by any 6 cyl. vehicle
-Camper is approximately 15'Lx7'Wx8'H inclusive of hitch and was reported to be 1100lbs empty by original seller.
-Camper has newly acquired permanent tags for the state of CA
-One end was originally a double-bench dinette; altered by owner to accommodate a mini-fridge and used as a counter/storage area. Buyer could easily restore to original configuration if desired.
**Original dinette picture shown for comparison; table and hardware have been retained, but 2nd bench seat no longer available.
-Has original kitchen includes turquoise sink, holiday stove/oven and Trav'ler icebox. Overall color scheme is turquoise and cream.
-Electric system includes: 2 electric fixtures with LED bulbs. Two 3-prong electric outlets. 110v system with original male 3-prong exterior outlet.
-Radial tires were purchased new in summer of 2014.
-This is a *vintage* camper that has never undergone a complete restoration, therefore please expect beauty marks/aesthetic flaws.
-There is a short list of minor hardware repair/replacements the buyer may want to address. The exterior grab bar meant to go by the door is missing. 1 diffuser ring on the stove is too small; I'd recommend replacing it with a larger ring. Some screens are missing. The tiny breeze-windows need their handles replaced, one of the slats on the florida window in the door needs to be replaced and the bracket repaired or replaced. I have never tried to open the ceiling hatch and so don't know if it operates or not. It has always been water tight, so I haven't messed with it.
-A small selection of trailer-related paraphernalia will be included with the purchase, for free.
-EdgeStar 3.1 cu.ft. refrigerator is energy-star rated, has a separate 0-degree freezer compartment, interior light, flush-back design and stainless exterior. It was purchased for $399 in November 2014 and has no known issues.
If you are serious about the purchase and have further questions, please contact the owner with an offer or to schedule a viewing.
