I got a great deal on organic apples yesterday at the Whole Foods Market. only $2.99 a pound.

Gala apples are a great, all around apple! They have a great crisp texture and a nice, almost earthy, sweetness that you can only get with good apples.

Easy to get excited about Apples I guess.....
