Kinda of rough looking in the video.

Already has some water damage.

From my inexperience eye I think it has potential

Not trying to be rude but it has great potential to be a complete tear down and a rolling frame.

I didn't find it rude just truthful! Tear it down and salvage what you can and start frame up rebuild to your own design. It kinda appears the builder had little experience and was simply winging it.

You was not being rude. I said inexperience eye . Was wondering if some would say replace the water damaged sections or do a complete tear down and do over. You would have the door, trailer and the wiring. So wouldn't you just have to get new wood? Can you reuse the wiring?

It looked to my INEXPERIENCED eye to be solid "house" type wire...unsuitable for a mobile environment and a possible fire hazard.

Also note the water staining on the roof panel he installed, likely signs of more issues. Finally the exterior paint was bubbling and sloughing off, a sure sign of plywood degradation.

My gut tells me you can find just as good of a frame closer to home for maybe $300- $500, a set of tires and some new lumber and you would have a clean start free of someones mistakes. Mind you I like to make my OWN mistakes as I build things (and I have PLENTY of experience making them).
