Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I was curious what you all thought about this trailer. Specifically value estimate... it is listed for $5k and is 15 minutes from my house. Just any general thoughts would be great.

It's really a nice one; everything works! Lots of extra goodies; Fantastic Fan, Wave 3 heater, water pump and more. Potty in the closet. Upgraded electrical, new 12 volt system (including a new battery, box and maintainer) and tow wiring. Original Bargman 99 tail lights. Gas light has the globe, but it's got a ding...

Original upholstery is covered with green sheets; curtains don't match the yellow flowers.

1800 pounds 15 feet Tows like a dream!

If I was going to spend that kind of money, I would look for a vintage Airstream.

Appreciate that Gage... Something to think about. I still need to look at it of course, it's just enticing if it is all ready to go as advertised. Thanks much!

It looks reasonable for the money.
Not my thing (the year/style) but if you're looking at building, or rebuilding, 5 grand isn't a lot.
Be sure to look close at everything, frame, systems, roof, etc.
Looks are nice, but the little things they sometimes (usually) need add up fast.

Most importantly, dig deep and decide if you really LOVE the trailer for what it is, or if you love the idea of buy it and camp.
If the latter, you'll fast wish you had waited for the one that you really love, because you like it, not the idea.

Took a decent look last night. Have a few logistics to think about before a final decision/$ haggling begin but it appears in all respects a very, very nice trailer. I like it just as it was and can't figure what else would need to be added. Interior/exterior, it all really appeals to me. I know I'll think of something but it really is ready to go right now.

Well, looked it over top to bottom last night and made a deal on it. Now, the frantic quest to pay it off so there is some time to camp it before the winter! Should just be a few months. Everystep of the way this felt right and I have had great discussions with the restorer who is about an hour and a half away from me should anything come up that I can't figure it out. Beyond excited as this thing needs nothing and is ready to go and should serve the wife, dog, future kid and I very well for years to come.
