Large-ish cargo trailer

He used this for his furniture store before it closed for deliveries and for the last couple of years used as a mobile workshop for his remodeling business.
It might be too large to be considered a "tiny," but he needs to get rid of it for zoning reasons and I thought someone here might be interested as either cargo conversion or toy-hauler.
Some of the features he told me about:
7'7" interior (special order so he could load armoires standing up)
81" interior side-to-side straight walls inside + 12" fenders / tires outside
16'3" interior front to back length
Dual torsion axles
Electric brakes
4460 lb. load capacity
Rear door folds down to make a ramp
Double tie-down tracks on both sides, ratchet and level cinch straps included
