1960 Aristocrat trailer

I went and looked at this trailer, but decided that even though it is really small it is to big for me. The inside does not show any water damage that I could tell. I did not see any holes on the the outside. Not a lot of dings. Did see some silicone on the seams outside. He does not know if the oven works as they have never used it in the 10 years that they had owned it. The stove does work though. There is no ice box or frig. It has an open area which was probably meant for an ice box he just used it for his square ice chest. No AC but does have a vent on top. It is camp-able. It has been setting unused for the last 4 yrs so does need a good cleaning. Also has a sway bar.
