I guess it's time to think about finding more canned ham plans.

Does anyone know if there are any vintage canned ham plans floating around that we can put in the vintage section?

Maybe we need to design a few canned hams using our CAD software.

Do you still have the drawings you did of the Raven? It was one of my favorites. Yours was an Americanized version wasn't it?

The problem with the Argonette is that it was designed in the 1930s when people were smaller. I tried sketching it out using the drawing below but found the bunks were only 66-69" long and the door is 20" wide - that's small!





One article I saw said the average uniform ordered for troops from my area in WW1 was for a 5' 3" high man, so 66-69" bunks don't seem so bad.

Not exactly 'vintage', but canned ham shape - the SOW (Shower On Wheels).



This is a near copy of a 1960s Shasta Compact and was drawn as the smallest trailer that could have a shower - though actually getting a shower in (+ water tank + water heater + water pump + grey water tank + drain pump?) is not easy and would mean losing other things like most internal storage.

That looks similar to the Midget in the Vintage Plan section above.

That Raven is very cool.... I like the Widget, and Wanderpup. I'm also very fond of the profile of Steve Wolverton's Puffin 2.

I think it was Gage who posted pics some time ago of a Pumpkin looking small canned ham style trailer. It was bright red/orange and I have nothing short of a memory of it. Maybe he'll remember it and post pics. I'm doubting there are plans for it but could probably be recreated from pics alone.
