Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

My daughter has decided to persue an older standy camper for conversion to a concession trailer. I (foolishly) found one for her, and now we're in need of identifying it for purposes of registration and ownership documents. I think it's about 1974 vintage, as the SAE numbers on the flush-mounted tail lights have a "74" date on them.
I have yet to find any branding anywhere on it, but it is a bit reminescient of a Jayco 13-footer of that year.
Any info anyone might be able to put forth would surely help.
