First, I would like to hear a little banter on these devices. Second, Does anyone know what is going on with the two models? I ordered a Part Number: 364466 and got a Part Number 389381. I emailed the company and they said they will only tell me over the phone. I thought that was weird. Anyhow I don't plan on calling. Has anyone else run into this?
