Hybrid Foamy

I built these two trailers a couple years ago
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=26560

and they have served me well.I have had a couple things I wanted different and I hate having to keep the wood up .These trailers were 78 inches wide 4 ft tall and ten foot long ,towed well with very little decrease in fuel economy.
You will laugh at me but its to big  , This next trailer will be 8 ft long same width and height. I normally camp solo so I am going to use a 38 inch wide bed in the rear and then a 24 inch dinet that makes down to a bed in the front.
Construction will be a little different ,no wood, I am going to frame with 1 inch sq tube and fill in with 1 inch foam covered in epoxy and fiberglass cloth, should be tough , long lasting and light.
It will have led lighting , ac window unit, fantastic fan.
I use a camper a little differently than most, solo boondock camping and hunting, it has to have the capability to carry two yaks on the roof, and have a place for one more person at times
This build will be a slow one and my main goal besides the ones stated above will be low maintenance and longevity.

Sounds like what I'm contemplating as well. What kind/brand of epoxy, and how heavy will the fiberglass be?

I have built several yaks , and use US composite epoxy good product and the best price I have found.
I will use 6 ounce cloth.

If you carry a couple of yaks on the roof you had better not run for public office. They will crucify you.
