The wall foam is cut and ready for glueing. Tim had a brainstorm and will use the clamps we bought to lay our laminate floors a few years back. These will hold the pieces of foam tight without crushing it.[img]http://www.tnttt.com/gallery/image.php?image_id=84099

 As you can see we're having trouble getting the pictures to load here. Not sure what is wrong but I've tried following instructions and it's still not coming up. Maybe by the time the trailer is finished we'll have it figured out.

Thanks, Bill, for posting that for us. I'll try to remember to add Img to the end.

We've roughly calculated the total weight including bed frame, batteries, shelves, windows, etc and estimate it will be around 800# give or take 100#.

No problem. just rember the end tag looks like this: [/img]. You have to use all of the charachters for it to work.

less than 1000# for a trailer that size is just awsome! That's what I'm hoping for someday.

I ended up running duct tape from one end to the other and across the joints when trying to "clamp" the pieces together and I ended up with gaps in some places. If I had some of those I might have gotten better joints. Good idea!!!!

Not nearly as expensive when you can find new uses for them. More expensive to use them only once then let them sit forgotten on a shelf.

Got many clamps here , sitting on a shelf ,they certainly come in handy for many various jobs .... For Foamie building , I’d think those flooring clamps would be Very Handy !!!! (as depicted)

I'll bet the clamps could be made from bent aluminum and a strap.

Joy love your big build I can't wait to see more.
