Well one of the joys of living in Alaska, shipping many times takes longer then they say. Evidently the material is here in Anchorage, but did not make it on the truck for today's delivery. Did some sanding today on the panels to get rid of the ooze out of the Gorilla Glue.

Here's a pic of everything setting in its place on the frame. Nothing glued yet as I still need to weld the frame supports in place, then paint the frame. With any luck I'll get the call today that my material and epoxy has arrived at the shop.

Thanks everyone! Epoxy and glass all here.... Yay! Hope to begin laying out some glass tomorrow. 6 oz cloth two layers on all interior and exterior. The bottom will have one layer 24oz woven and then a layer of 6oz. Should give a lot of extra protection to the bottom of the trailer.

All that glass should make it Solid as a rock ... and I’m sure the insulation in your area will be much appreciated ...
Please send pics of the glassing process so we all may learn ...

That's turning out real nice. I like the shape. I'm planning on glassing my walls too (just exterior). You've talked about 2 layers of 6 oz glass. Any reason you want double layers. Will a single layer do? I've played around with the fiberglass and foam and a single 6 oz layer seems to be a strong enough outside coat to me. Am I missing something? Since I'm a newb to working with fiberglass, I'm looking for answers from those in the know.
Thanks!!!

I'm not sure a single layer would be enough. I really don't know though, what I'm doing is following the advice of the local shop here. Their recommendation was to use two layers. I think a single layer would probable be ok on the interior, but I plan to do a trip down the Alcan Highway this summer and I want as much strength as possible. I'll be posting some pics tomorrow. Right now can't see much other then a bunch of bricks and buckets on top of foam. LOL
