I cut my kerfs with a skil saw too. But after half of one panel, the wife declared I was not to come into the house covered with little pink bits. I ended up buying a painters suit and wearing that every time I kerf cut foam. HA! Oh she made me wear bootie covers too!!!

I avoided all that by setting up in the open and letting the wind help me out, just I have to have something heavy enough to I keep the styrofoam from becoming a kite you don't seem to have that problem when using a router as it seems to burn and comes out in plastic clumps

The writing on the cooler was my wife's idea of a joke Nothing that paint won't fix Again when I resize it keep scrunching my pictures together so it doesn't look quite right but you'll get the idea I'll post build pictures this winter when I have more time

On a side note I found that if you'd take a 3/8 drillbit and drill holes on your foam to foam edge joints and fill them with great stuff or gorilla glue that is never coming apart

Thank you Mary I am very happy I have been very dedicated to it since I started but with work and all and the lack of sleep it was one of the most difficult projects that I ever attempted and as you know the harder the journey the sweeter the prize I am going to start my fish house this coming week but that should be easy in comparison as no round edges
