TOWM , the thing to do is go talk with the HF store Manager , tell him what you want to do ... see if he can help ... don’t bother with Anybody else , they can’t help ...

I'll likely not contact them until after the start of the new year. Not that things are so hectic for me here I can't spare the time, I'd prefer to stay away from those my wife calls, "amateur shoppers" and the mad rush to exchange all those precious gifts for something they really wanted.
