just a little off topic from the earlier suggestions on fiberglass and cutting it... To help avoid the "itchies" - rub baby power on the areas that you don't want to itch (neck, forehead, face, forearms...) - in other words, whatever isn't covered with clothes or safety equipment, powder. Have fun cutting fiberglass.
