Last one, because it told me only 3 pictures!
Have the wheelbase set now near finished with the frame.
Now it's built to fit instead of as drawn.

After cutting 2" off the back and tapering it to the front,
This is where the difference shows up! (The piece that's too tall with a pencil line)
Little worried about a drip edge.
Sides will be the same angle in, as the top that's marked comes down.

Trimmed both rear sides, Think Ill like it.
And started the back of the Frame / Bumper;
Need's leveled, either the tape will hold it or not

Spent two days cutting, tweeking 1 tube a little bit in two directions,
because eyeballed wasn't close enough!
And it's for Alignment.
Second picture shows the rear bumper tacked on.

A few day's ago I stopped and Naaaa...

Just checking and without a tire it looks like the opening is too big,
so, I put one on.
Now to Back to removable mounts

Last night I attached the rear two pieces using a jig to set the angle, hope there still hanging!

Now I have a stumper ?

Sag in the roof 1/4" to 1/2".
Using 2" foam not attached span 75" X 8'
Pieces are cut just resting in place

Hang it upside down then FG

FG with a tiny crown then attach ?

As my wife still wonders if the floor will hold her weight let alone mine
