You know I've been thinking
then I forgot what it was I was thinking about :NC

Then I remembered I have to wash dishes wash clothes go to grocery go to library get gasoline
pay property taxes (don't you just love it when you have to pay to live in your own house?)

then I had another thought :grouch day1:

Pete
then one last thought I'm alive! :worship:

A cruise will last a week , and you’ll have to diet when you get back .... a Foamie lasts much longer , and you’ll be able to cruise in it Many times ...

Besides what if the boat runs aground, or worse ... Shark bait ... :o

Trailers

Postby crumbruiser » Mon Jan 30, 2012 6:24 pm

I've looked at Harbor Freight and they don't have the message that the trailers are on back order any more.

i have the feeling i am just going to randomly go looking. i want at least the 5x8. would love the 6x8 or 5x10. but i do think those will be way too heavy for me.
if the weather is nicer tomorrow (which it says it will be) i may go drive around then.

and no worries about the cruise. i had to set some priorities. if i did take the cruise, i would be giving up the new trailer AND the trip west. so the west trip won out.

Eagle , just thinking I’d be more picky this time when buying a trailer ... the overall construction, weight, kind of bearings , the tires that come on it ... Just look for the best trailer to meet your needs ...
Prior planning would allow you to get the right size , now only for camping comfort , but tow-ability too , with your vehicle ... Lots to think about before you plunk your money down...

we are credit card free. have been for many years now. if we can afford something we pay in cash. if we don't have the cash, then we can't afford something and we wait. :D

gpw, i don't know anything about that stuff! i wouldn't know good construction from bad, or bearings? does that have anything to do with the bears in the wild? (j/k on that one, but i really don't know what they are. tires, they come with a trailer. i have no idea about this stuff.
the only thing i think i know is the bearings need to be oiled(right?). cuz i keep telling my hubby to go do that for me.

my grandaughter's birthday is today, she turned 7. so i have to go out and buy some decorations and cupcakes fixings, so i will be on the road. will stop in to check out a few places. but we really only have tractor supply, lowes, and a place that sits off the road. i know i see a field that has truck cabs and trailers sitting it it all the time. so i will report back on what i see while out today.
don't be surprised though, if i do see somthing i like and i bring it home today. :D
