Once the wood is gone , you can get in there and make some critical measurements , allowing you to figure it all out ... I guess the big question is do you want the cabin to be removable , should you have to use the trailer for carrying “cargo” later on ??
If you don’t just put A floor down and build upon that .. the only problem is , skinning inside the “boxed” in areas ... Logic would say it’s best to build the entire shell OFF the trailer , do the skinning completely , then just bolt it down when all done ... as long as the floor and framing fell within and across the trailer frame members , there would be no need for a separate floor ... unless you wanted to carry cargo later ... Decision time ... more tea ...
I’d save the "torsion boxes" for things like the bed, walls , cabinets ... etc. Hubby knows , plywood (well waterproofed ) !!!
